Return & Exchange Information
Please always use registered mail / tracking service / signed-for mail when posting items back to us. We can't assume liability if anything gets lost on the way.
Faulty or Damaged Items
In the unlikely case that you receive a faulty item please don't hesitate to contact us. We do ask that you contact us within 2 days of receiving the item and that you include a small explanation, and we may ask for a photograph. Remember to include the order number. We will get back to you within 24 hours (except on weekends and public holidays) and send out a replacement or a full refund immediately.
Incorrect Items or Size
If you receive an item or a size you did not order, please contact us. We do ask that you contact us right away, and that you include your order number. We will get back to you within 24 hours (except on weekends and public holidays) to solve the issue.
Item Doesn't Fit
You are welcome to exchange any clothing item if the size sent to you is inappropriate, within 30 days from the delivery date. Such items can be exchanged with the same product of a different size, if available, or returned against a refund of the purchase price (without shipping). The shipping cost of sending the order to us and sending it back to you will have to be covered by you. Please include your order number and a short explanation in your email.
Changed Your Mind
You are welcome to return any item and receive a refund, provided that:
- You notify us of the change within 30 days from the day you received your order
- The items you are sending back are in brand new and undamaged condition
Please note that we will have to check them closely upon receiving such a return. Defects caused after delivery to you and/or resulting from improper use will not be taken into consideration in any claim. Any item that is soiled and/or damaged cannot be exchanged and any returned items will be resent back to the original delivery address. Soiled includes the excessive odor of perfume and smoke.
